Quite simply, if you are unhappy with your duffbag for whatever reason or you somehow manage to break it in normal use then return it to us for a full refund. All we ask from you is to be fair with us, if you have been using your bag to carry freshly sharpened chisels and bricks up and down Kilimanjaro for a month and it has a tear in it, that, we think you would agree, does not constitute normal use.
