| | | This is where it all started for us, we were mountain bikers that went out and got wet and muddy, transporting wet gear and bikes back home was a problem, we used bike racks and sports bags but they did not work for us as we wanted. | | If we wanted to stop for a break on the way back, leaving bikes on bike racks we risked theft, we wanted a way of transporting bikes inside vehicles without leaving mud everywhere, hence our bike bags were born. | | When we finished riding and got back to the car we wanted to get changed, so a bag to take dirty kit that had a built in changing mat was needed, so we developed duffbag classic. We can't claim full credit for developing there was a lot of help along the way, Jason Richardson Team Principal of Coloumbia Bikefood Pronghorn Mountain Bike Race team did some testing and development for us and help develop the Classic duffbag with its built in changing mat and the shoe pocket, plus members of my mountain bike club, the BogHogs down in Kent spent endless hours testing and developing products on our unique blend of clay, chalk and flints that we enjoy in our part of the world. Since then we have tested them in Wales, France and all over the rest of the UK, in fact duffbags have ventured as far afield as China with at least two of our bags in use over there as far as we know. We intend to develop and produce many more products for mountain biking over the coming months and will be at various race events talking to people about our products and what products they want for the future, so far this year we will be at the Aston Hill Black Run at the end of March, plus of course Mountain Mayhem and Sleepless in the Saddle - be sure to come along and say hi if you are there. Oh, yes, of course we will be riding as time allows and will be doing a little bit of racing for that matter at Mountain Mayhem as well as running our trade stand. Happy trails |

A bright and early, minus 5 degrees start saw us teetering down crispy trails, carefully choosing lines that avoided the ice. Five minutes in our confidence picked up as it was nowhere near as slippy as it looked and there was plenty of grip as the tyres bit through the top layer of powdery snow. [...] more Being based a little South of London we usually head over to Wales for our Mountain Bike kicks – Wales being the nearest mountains we can find to the Metropolis, unless there is a mysterious mountain range that has remained off our radar that you think we should try… One of our group kept telling [...] more
